How Do You Change Emulators Background Picture?

If I go to game then memory stick
this is where I have all my emulators/some homebrew apps/isos

when you scroll over the emulator it has the default picture
that comes with it.

how do I change that, make a background come up, and get music
to play

on www.psp-hacks.com thay have a eboot extractor once downloaded change the background and turn it back in to a eboot using the same program.
