psp downgraded to 1.5 and wont upgrade to 3.52m33

I'm in need of a little assistance i downgraded my psp using the downgrader/upgrader program lite, i followed the instructions given by program which stated to select kxploit permanent patcher and press X did that then went to 3.52m33 creator. it loaded everything ok, but stays on writing 3.52 firmware for a long time and never completes. i also have tried to load 3.40oe then upgrade to 3.52m33 but it doesn't load that either. my psp is still functional and able to play games. please assist me with customizing my firmware

boot into recovery by holding the R button and powering on the psp go to config make sure the kernal is set to m33 driver
