Looking for a software to help me mass-merge folders..

Okay, I have a folder with several subfolders. Inside of several of those subfolders are even more subfolders with various files therein.

Does anybody know of any sort of software that would allow me to selectively "flatten" those particular subfolders, automatically dumping the contents into their parent folders?
