Some keen eyed users might have noticed that on the Demonoid tracker is finally back up after months of being quiet. 

ping inferno.demonoid.com

PING inferno.demonoid.com (124.217.253.30): 56 data bytes

64 bytes from 124.217.253.30: icmp_seq=0 ttl=42 time=2026.367 ms

64 bytes from 124.217.253.30: icmp_seq=1 ttl=42 time=1026.261 ms

64 bytes from 124.217.253.30: icmp_seq=2 ttl=42 time=1025.592 ms

64 bytes from 124.217.253.30: icmp_seq=3 ttl=42 time=947.252 ms

64 bytes from 124.217.253.30: icmp_seq=4 ttl=42 time=4232.324 ms

What does this mean? Well, if you have any Demonoid torrents that you still have that you are trying to download, you can start to download it again. The best part about this is that when the site was taken down, the servers weren't taken away, just the ISP stopped giving "flow" to the servers. So when the site is back up, you should be able to log in again with all your up/down statuses still there.

-Dont worry bout slow speed, its not the server, its just my crap internet connection!! Ping for yourself and see!

UPDATE:It appears that the old 404 error that Demonoid had is back!

yeah, but public trackers are horrible anyways IMHO. Much better to go with a site like TL or TB.
