Hi,i have installed HD loader on my ps2 HD and some games are not working,i want to make this hd bootable on my pc,so i could copy new games from my pc to my ps2 hd,Can u plz help me im kinda noob.

Just connect your ps2 hard drive to your pc and set it as the SLAVE. Then transfer the games over with Winhiip.
