I own a 3.40 OE-A psp, but the damn thing doesn't recognize the battery.
I changed the battery twice with no success. I want to upgrade to firmware 3.90m33 but without the battery I can't. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

where did u buy the battery?

It came with the psp. The battery is:
sony
3.6v
1800mAh
made in china
