How to upgrade my downgrade

It has been awhile since I have played with my psp, I had done the downgrade to v1.50 kernel. However, the majority of my iso and cso will not work with this version also I now have a ps3 and it will not connect to it without updating. I am wondering if someone would give me a little push in the right direction to a possible update.

the easiest way would be to use pandora. look at the stickies. that will keep you from having to do a ton of updates. 3.71m33 works well, but if you go up 3.80m33 or 3.90m33 then you can use sony's network update to update it in the future.

Thanks so much for the speedy feedback guys, I followed the guide and upgraded all the way to 3.90 M33-2 and ran the add on for my fat psp. All installed well but when I load the ISO and CSO files that I was having trouble with, I still get either a blank screen or sometime an error message. I searched thru the guide and did not see anything, any suggestions or links to read up on? Also after finishing the upgrades, what files if any can be deleted from the memory card.
