cant copy "pirates of the caribbean" with dvd x copy xpress!!!!!

after dvd x copy xpress read the whole disc it ask me to insert a blank dvd. after i insert the blank dvd, i press start and a little window pop up and say "error". i have burn many other dvds before but never have this happen.

DVD Shrink 2.3 because I wanted to keep menu structure (for my sisters benefit).
I would normally have just done movie-only with DVD Decrypter , DVD2One & Nero.
