I don't know what folders are inside the download because i don't have it, but place the *main* folder (or if there are two, but one has a "%" in front/on the end, place them both) at ms0:/PSP/GAME150/
If there is a ROMS folder inside it, place the roms there there, if not, place them directly inside the folder, or the folder without the "%" if there are two.
If you havn't installed the 1.50 kernel yet, i suggest you install it now, you can download it from http://www.dark-alex.org
And as 07anto07 said, how much did you pay? ^.^

someone recommended a place in the UK that ships a pandora and a 512 MB stick w/ 3.80 m33-5 for about 65 USD. I didn't know anyone w/ cfw and wasn't comfortable hardmodding a battery. I've read some excellent guides for softmodding and for creating a mms since then, so the joke is on me in that department :( but I'm not very technically inclined and was glad for the ease and speed of installation

Under £35 isn't exactly bad, but yes, you probably payed around £15 more than the components would have cost doing it yourself.

There are two folders: NesterJ 1_1_RM and src
Neither have "%" in front or behind. The NesterJ folder has the ROM subfolder in it, but the src folder seems to have a lot of content in it too. Still put both under he GAME150 Folder?
Also, I have a slim, so is the kernel still necessary?

The 1.50 kernel won't install on a Slim as of yet, so i'm not sure if the emulator will work, it depends which kernel it is coded on. The SRC folder is for development only, you can ignore it, place the NesterJ folder in ms0:/PSP/GAME/ instead.
