I am trying to convert a DVD to an SVCD and I am using TMPGenc. I used ecuadors fit cd program to generate the bitrate needed to fit the dvd onto 2 cds. After I encode the DVD i end up with the two files being larger than 700 MB (approx 800 mb). What should I do, i did everything right with the kbps ect.! need help!!
