CRC Error while copying VOB files from DVD

Hello Everyone

I have tried copying .vob files from a movie dvd but every time i am receiving a CRC error (after some 20-50% complete) . I tried atleast 15-20 times but failed. When i am playing the movie on a dvd player, there is no problem. Please help me with this problem

Try using something that's up to date to rip your files like DVDFab HD Decrypter.

I actually want to copy all the vob files and burn it onto a higher quality blank dvd. Will DVD Fab software help me in copying .vob files on to my hard drive from DVD.

Is this disc a burned disc or an original from the store?
If this is a burned disc, it may be damaged.

If the dvd is damaged, how am i able to watch the movie on dvd player without any visual defects ?

Some damage is so small that a standalone player may skip over it. Try giving it a real good cleaning before you rip. Even fingerprints can cause read problems.
