No one can answer that.
Try doing the same backup and see where the files are going. If you have to, write it down.

When you burned them, you must have known where to go otherwise you wouldn't have burned them. Do a search and type in *.vob or *.iso.

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

Search by size. Most movies have a couple of 1 GB files so are pretty easy to find. Find one and open that directory.

tell us what programs you used??? to back up to HD??

you can also use the SEARCH box, search for the name of the movie??
perhaps?

in the future to stop this from happening again. go to C:/drive
or even desktop, and make a new folder name it something you can
remember, such as the name of the movie.......of other, then you
can find it if you lose it again.................

gday to all.................................
