My phone is locked to Suncom, but I am not sure what region. My guess is USA, since I bought it from a US dealer on ebay.

If anyone could supply an unlock code, I would greatly appreciate it.

Sorry, I realized it says "phone restricted" and "enter restriction code", so it must be hard-locked. Oh well!
