Creating pandora error.

hello there.

I had 3.90m33 on my psp and i created a pandora battery successfully and was able to go back to 1.5 then 3.80m33-5 where im now, then restored the battery to regular.

today i was trying to re-make a pandora, reformated the stick, reformated through mspformat and copied the files to correct folders but i cant open the pandora battery creator. i get an error about the file cant open and error number. i did everything as i did before, with the readme file, but this cant open. does n1 have any suggestion about whats happening? thank you.

Install 1.50 add on for 3.80 M33 and set kernel to 1.50.

Or use OS Pandora Battery Tool .05 which runs on 3.XX M33 firmware.

thanks for the reply.

i believe i have 1.5 add on installed, coz when i go to recovery menu i have the choice of 3.80 kernel and 1.5.... i tried on both and still get an error. 20020148 game could not start.

i dont know if this information helps in anyway but cso or iso load fine from memory stick. im getting this error only with the pandora creator file.

about the OS pandora battery tool .05 im still searching. i tried some other pandora creators but i still stop at the pandora creator opening. thanks.

another thing.... i tried to get the 1.5 add on files but i cant see it under game, memory stick. i can see the pandora files only, but not the 1.5 add on..

thank you larrylje for your help. seriously, i have no idea why the first pandora creator didnt work. it worked before.

But i tried the Open source pandora tools .05 and it opened, no problem. intriguing.

More then likely you didn't have the 1.50 add on installed. That is an extra step above the actual 3.80 M33 firmware update. So if you didn't run the 1.50 add on application then it wasn't installed.

1.50 is always listed in recovery menu. This is even the case for SLIM users. But it does nothing at all unless you have the 1.50 ADD ON actually installed.

i also used the Pandora creator for 3.XX kernels and worked perfect.
