i think its scheduled for spring-summer (not too sure though) and its basicly an online community to meet people virtually and view stats, create your own apartment and play minigames with people. Should be pretty cool.

its great a few people have it on youtube and it look so kool!! and i think its coming out in the next update with the ingame xmb (its going to be a sweet ur for the ps3)
