I've been using DVDshrink for a long time now, with no problems whatsoever, but today I got this message on a dvd I was trying to back up:"Cannot continue. Invalid dvd navigation structure."
this appears to be a brand new dvd (no scratches)and played with no problems in my dvd player; I've never encountered this message before. Any suggestions, anyone?

sulkat,

Consider DVDFab HD Decrypter as the foreground for all your backup chores. After the successful decryption of the movie use DVD Shrink. Burn the gathered files using your favorite burning application.

Please edit your post.

No piracy at aD.

Dvd Shrink is no longer updated. Try using DvdFab Hd Decrypter (as suggested by PrymeH) to rip to your HDD then use Shrink.

Edit: Pryme beat me to it.

the reason you got he message is dvd shrink could not handle the copy protection on the dvd being its an out dated program but works with help as said use this thread for your backup options
