Can Access Recovery Menu

I was trying to install a new theme they said to -flash- it so i dident know what i know what it ment so i backed up my flash 0 and put it inside one of the folders and when i turn it on it says press x in the back but freezes how can i change back

put back the flash0 you backed up, through the recovery menu.

go to the advanced options, an toggle flash0

press the select button go down to usb device press > till flash 0 comes up then go down to exit then go to usb connection go to the drive of ur psp on the pc copy back the flash0 files back onto the psp the ones u stored inside one of the folders.
