Hi All,
I have a Cingular branded Nokia 6230b RH28 GSM phone that I bought used.
When I put my Cingular SIM (I have service with them) or any other SIM
in this phone and power it on it displays "Phone Restricted" when I select "Undo" It's asking for "Enter Restriction code"
What do I need to enter? any help would be greatly appreciated.
