I've been reading around that it would be a good idea to backup my psp if anything would happen to corrupt it. How would I go about doing this?

1. Turn off u psp (Hold the power button)
2. Turn it on again with holding R
3. It should bring u to recovery mode
4. Go to advanced
5. Click enable flash0 drive (then flash1)
6. Copy everything and paste them into ur pc
7. Youre done !

I'm confused because there is actually no file named flash0 or flash1 when I do that. Also when I click on the flash0 and flash1 in recovery mode it looks like the same exact thing when i just click on my memory stick in windows explorer.

Even though they look the same they are actually different? because they are the same size.

It looks like that. Also I'm trying to get a custom theme but it says i need to overwrite my flash0. like here http://www.consolespot.net/forums/showthread.php?t=351
But I don't have one to overwrite so do i just put the flash0 folder the theme download comes with into the root of my psp driver?

Well how do I get flash0? There is an option that says format flash1 and reset. Should I do that?

This is the same problem I had. When i enabled the flash0, instead of the vsh/resource folders popping up, I would see the files on my memory stick.

To fix this, I formatted my flash1. Then it worked properly.
