when I loaded the IFO file into the "Input" as you usually do.. it showed the normal CORRECT time as being 2:16:23:03

I used the CUSTOM size and set it to 2300 (to get an extra high quality in the finished video) when everything is finished and encoded..I open the file and the running time is now 2:26:01 (as it shows up in my VLC player) I double check to see if this isn't some VLC glitch and open the file in GSPOT and it shows the same time

it's ripped from NTSC. I don't understand what went wrong, I re-did the process the second time and it STILL gives me that extra 10 minutes...GSPOT shows as fps being 23.976, normal NTSC fps.

THERE IS HOWEVER a VERY Important thing that's happening with the video when I play it in VLC and I am POSITIVE that those 10 extra minutes is what's the result of it. When I play the movie, it seems that every few seconds, the scene JUMPS back and replays. And I made sure to check every part of the movie and it seems to go away later in the film, but in the beginning it repeats scenes for a few seconds.. This has GOT to be a glitch in the encoding process from AutoGK. I've noticed that this happens when I encode it HIGHER than 3CD.

How do I fix this?
