I downloaded the 100% save, and decided to view some of the movies included in the game. What I noticed were some chapters that involved Byakuya and Hitsugaya entering the human world and meeting up with Don Kanonji. Is this an episode I missed, or was that made just for the game?

Nopes :)
Byakuya only comes to the human world twice :)
1st for taking Rukia back to Soul Society :) [When Byakuya defeats Ichigo with his "flash steps"]
2nd for taking Rukia and Renji back to Soul Society :) [When Orihime joines Aizen-sama]

btw, both Byakuya and Hitsyuga never meet that baka Don Kanonji >_>
I hate it when Don Kanonji does his "BWAHAHAHA" !!! >_<
