hi getting my wii installed with D2CKey. could you please tell me how to back up a game without buying new dvdrom. Im just lost that the wii key you get a cd where u can dump the game in the sd card then burn it on the computer. will I get that cd too with my mod chip?

bump so can anyone please help. So I have been reading here http://lovethywii.com/2008/02/tutorial-copy-wii-games-to-sd-card/ and it says I have to buy Geko adapter. I thought that was only USB external hard drive is that for SD card too. Can anyone please tell me what are you using to back up the game please?

Bumping is against forum rules. i wouldn't rely on the Geko personally. The DVD drives aren't that expensive if you think about the whole scheme of things.
