demos not finishing downloading

Im experiencing a problem with demo downloading. I like downloading demo's but there have been a few demos that would get to a certain % and just quite with out finishing. I think its a problem with my Dlink Router because anytime I just by pass the router and hook the ethernet cable directly into the 360 it finishes the download. So im guessing it might be certain ports that I need opened but all the ports I have found would help out I already listed them in the port forwarding section and im still experiencing trouble. The ports I have open for the 360 are.

Anyone know anything else I can do to get the 360 to finish up downloading certain games that dont want to download 100%. Latest game I cant download all the way is Turning point.
