New Case Mod Black And Red with LEDs

I am still working on modding it as I am getting a whisper fan and changing the front button led later on. But so far I think it looks pretty good. Painted everything down to the harddrive and cut custom top and put lexan in the holes and made them flush with the case. Also made custom dvd drive case made of lexan. Check out some pictures. Ill add a video later when I do the front button led showing all leds...

Not a fan of the color scheme. But i think you did a nice job with it. The one thing i would do would be to also paint the Xbox 360 on the DVD drawer black to make it stand out from the all red front.

looks pretty good man. but ya need some black or red cables though, lol. would get rid of the ugly gray ones then.

I think it looks pretty good man, nice job. Another thing that would look pretty cool would be if you put a design on the power button, maybe like the original xbox symbol in black or something. I also don't know why people are criticizing it so much, it must have taken some time to do all this work, i'd like to see their work.

i agree with him above me :D its excellent mate, maybe not everyones cup of tea (the colour scheme) but an excellent total project. i also agree with the power button, looking a bit plain, but im sure you are getting round to it :) keep it up man, nice job

I think that it looks pretty good. Nice Job. My only question is, is when you painted it, did you have to take a bristle pad or whatever they are called to rough up the paint for the paint to stick or not? Also is it any louder since you have changed the top?

Nice! I like it, quick question does changing the case cancel your warrenty? Also is it easy to take your case off, and taking it off will it mess up anything in the xbox 360

Yes it voids your warranty,Yes easy to take apart tons of tuts on it google it,And no if you just take case off you wont hurt nothing.

it looks good im thinking of doing mine ..just bought anew gloss black lcd tv with black stand and the xbox and cable box stand out like a sore thumb so im thinking paint em a nice glossy black and see how it looks thanx for the inspiration

You probally won't end up with the gloss you hope for due to the 360 case not being smooth.

I actually just got new lights for the inside and a whisper max fan and am also going to be replacing the power button leds to all red. After that I might trash my case and go a yellow glossy with simpsons themed cuts in top. Also Im going to fill in all the holes in the faceplate with apoxy so there are no flaps or anything and possible airbrush it. I will keep you updated.. Thanks for the kind comments.
