Ok, I've noticed alot of these guides are very confusing. So, in order to help me and other NOOBS, lets keep this threat VERY simple and uncomplicated.

I have a PSP Slim Custom Firm Ware (CFW) 3.71 m33-4. I want to play CSO's and the collection of old school Homebrew games (I.E. sega, nintendo etc.)

1) Is this possible by just turning on my PSP and playing?

2) What apps do I need to do it?

Concise answers only and then we'll get to the "Install" procedures. Thanks

Well - keeping it simple isn't as "simple" as we'd all like it to be sometimes.

For PSP games create a folder called ISO on your PSP memory stick and put the CSOs (or ISOs) in there. They will show up on the XMB menu - under game/memory stick. You run them from there.

Games from other systems require emulators which might require individual installation so a "concise" general summation ain't gonna happen. On your system you basically put the emulator in either the GAME, GAME150, or GAME371 folder (in the PSP folder) and put the roms in the emulator folder somewhere... can't say where because there are a few different emulators and they all work differently.

Wanna know more? - ask about specific emulators (eg. GBA emulator) and then someone might tell you which is best. As far as installs are concerned there ain't a lot of these homebrew proggies that don't come with instructions and readmes so I think it'd be better if you identify a program you want, try to go with the info provided and then if you have a problem you can ask.
