it might work. there are a couple of 3rd party ones that will work,not sure what brands they are however, use google, and im sure you could find out which ones they are.
As steimy has stated, you can try the wireless dongle for nothing, what you have to remember is that wireless is not really fast, and a wired connection is much much faster, I used an old Linksys Gaming bridge, which is used with my xbox 360, and once it is connected to xbox360 with the ethernet plug, into the xbox360, it does become wireless, and works flawlesssly with my 360.
