google plz this is such a simple question!

if you hav 2.71 + fw all you need to do is place them into the video folder in psp or in the root of your mem stick

if you hav lower than 2.71 then you need to get a program that will put them on there for you like this one.

as for where to get mp4 well google videos you can download them to mp4 for psp. videos from youtube try vixy. stage6 is very high quality video but are in avi format so you can use this to convert the files to mp4 also if you have any videos on your pc that are not mp4 you can convert them with super.
