i know someone who hasn't upgraded their psp for about a year and i was thinking of downgrading theirs and then mine. Is it possible to downgrade 3.90 ? What do i need? What do i have to do?

yes you can, you will need a pandora battery and magic memory stick. there are several guides, just check the stickeys at the top of the page

stickys are the threads at the top of the page they stay there all the time because there stuck there hence the name stickys

if you have access to a pandora battery then you can go hereto make the mms and do the downgrade. if you don't have a pandora then you will either have to make one by cutting some pins on your battery or buying a premade one aka a datel tool.

get them to change ur battery to a pandoras battery and then make a magic memory stick. im sure if you speak to the preson how has the cfw psp they should know how to do change it to a pandoras battery if not read the tutorial that i gave you it explains everything that you need to do.
