Any problems with using foreign PSPs?

Hi

I was thinking of gettin a PSP Slim and Lite from Hong Kong. I live in the UK, and was wondering if there would be anything that I might encounter, like when using TV output, using Pandora battery on it, installin 3.90M33 on it, or even the language.

everything will work fine on it apart from fix regional games in the uk but if you install 3.90m33 then you can make it regional free so you can watch uk umds and you can play uk games.
