So I downloaded a backup of a 360 game that I own but is unplayable (don't know if I need to clarify that in this forum.) It came with the ISO, a .dvd file, and a folder with the ss.bin, PFI, DMI, layout.lyt, and a textfile called XDVDFS dump.

I used XDVDMulleter to look at the ISO and everything seems to patched already. I also open it with wx360 to explore it and it looks like it has all the files of a game DVD. So I use ImgBurn to burn the .dvd file using my AOPEN drive. Only problem is that ImgBurn dosn't have the option to change the book typing on the AOPEN drives. So I skip this step and burn at a low speed. It takes a good 45 minuites to burn the disc and it says everything is complete. But when I put the burnt DVD back in my PC is reads as a DVD called XGD2DVD_NTSC and its only 5mb containing a Video_ts and an Audio_ts folder.

I don't have my Xbox to test it on but I assume it is a coaster. Do I need to do somthing with those other files before I burn the DVD, why else would they be included? Or is this what happens when you don;t change the book type?

Thank you for your consideration.

your normal Dual-layer burner cant read Xbox360 Games...thats why it shows at 5mb and a video TS folder...
sounds to me like it burned alright and everything worked you just need to test it because without a samsung drive flashed with Kreon or an old Samsung Xbox360 drive you cant test the game.

so you need a modded xbox360 or one of the drives i stated above.
