I just got a slim psp with the official firmware version 3.9. What is the easiest way to install the 'M33' updates? I tried following the directions in some of the stickies but none worked...Thanks!

07anto07 is right, the only way is to use a Pandora's batery. Here is the link to the Total newbie easy installer. if you download it and run the application youse basically half done since it creates the magic memory stick for you. Besides that all you need is the battery which you could hard mod yourself or buy one of ebay. There about 40-45 dollars.
