PSP MAC ADDRESS = - REGION ERROR

I have a psp slim with cf 3.71 m33-2 and all was working great untill i tryed to play resident evil 3 from psx and didnt work was blocking to the main screen.i searched around the net and i read that the 3.10OE is the best frimware to play psx games.i found a video to youtube showing how to downgrade from 3.71 m33 to 3.10-OE.I did it and the psp never worked again.i used the pandora battery to make it back again 3.71 m33 and worked.everything seemed to be normal but whene i try to run any kind of applycation or game it saws me an error "the region code is not correct" also i notice that i can even create a connection to connect with the wirless. and the mac address is MAC= - ....i also chaanged the frimware to the official 3.71 from sony and the same again.if anybody have any idea how to make it work please let me know thanks

a slim psp cant run 3.10 because of the code in the fw is only for phat psp. as for the mac address it is Unique to each psp if it is not showing up then the code has been deleted or become corrupt. as far is i know theres no way of correcting this but i may be wrong.
