Sending Files Over PSP's IR Port

Does anyone know how to send files from the psp over the IR port to a receiving IR port on a laptop or knows of a program I can do this with??

I have this really old laptop that needs to be worked on, the USB doesn't work and the external cd drive (yes thats how old it is) is shot. It has a working IR port on it so I would like to figure out how to send stuff off my psp from the mem stick to my laptop over the IR

if u have CFW i believe IRSHELL has that feature but im not 100% sure try googling it

I downloaded the newest IRShell, it does not have this feature. It sends files over the wifi
