The intercoolers were updated some time ago now, and do not have that problem anymore. They use an all metal power connector now. Sooo, that warning is now false. Bin meaning to mention this for awhile now.

oh right, nice find. well i suppose it could be removed, but they could leave it there, just incase someone is thinking of buying an older one? but now u posted this, people will know that its been fixed.. good post :)

It's actually been fixed for awhile now.

But hey, nice pic. :p

I feel that the sticky should remain, but it sure could use an update/edit on the first post as to not confuse the noobs.

dont know if anyone has had the same problem with the new ones as i did, but whenever i would take the intercooler off, the metal part around the plastic would come off and get stuck inside my 360. i had to pull it out with needlenose plyers. also after about 2 months it started making a whining sound and eventually would give me an error code because the xbox wasnt getting enough power. they still suck imo
