hey about the 50/50 chance can you up the chance of not being banned and if you are banned and you create a different gamertag will it still work

They don't ban you by your gamertag.......

You figure that one out.

Edit: I may have read this thread wrong the first time. It sure would help to use proper punctuation.

Your chances of not being banned on live is always a crap shoot. And btw, they ban the console, not your live account.

Change your gamertag all you want, but it's a matter of them detecting the console if it's modded ie, playing backups that don't pass their checks.
