I've got a Nokia 6021 and when I plug it, a message on the screen appears : enter restriction code.
My IMEI is 355687007465433
I've got a french operator called "bouygues"
help me I would like to offer it to my step mother who is going to Africa...

sorry but it doesn't work...
What i'm supposed to do ?
I don't know what was the original provider in the cellphone, now I put a new sim card. Does it change something ? I don't know, may be the code depends on the provider ?
Are there spaces in the code ?
help me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee !

IF YOUR MOBILE SAYS, "enter restriction code" bouygues IS NOT YOUR ORIGINAL SERVICE PROVIDER.
IF SO.... I NEED THE ORIGINAL SERVICE PROVIDER THE PHONE IS LOCKED TO.

The original provider was Orange but I'm not sure... I apologize for it. And The cellphone is locked to French network.
