Hi all,

I have just upgraded my firmware on my psp to 3.80 M33-5 and i put my downloaded iso files into the iso folder but for some reason my psp does not always pick them when i go to the memory card, but if i transfer the iso sometimes it will and sometimes it wont.
Any ideas????? will i need to downgrade to get this to work ??

they might be bad iso's do they show up as a corrupt file?

nope they dont show up at all but take sega rally as an example i transfer it it wont see it then i transfer it to the psp again then it will see it weird, do you think i should downgrade and try another cfw?

up to you it might fix it it might not.
a good thing to do first is check if your memory card is a fake or not you can to this by pressing triangle on the memory stick and then go to info if it say magic gate supported then its a genuine memory stick. if not then that might be the case of the problem.
also do you have the same problem copying other files across like music, videos, pictures e.t.c

its a sony memory stick pro duo so i am guessing that should be fine, is it easy to downgrade to 3.71?

i think you just run the updater's like normal because you have fw high than 3.51m33-2 but im not sure thinking about it you will have to go to 1.50 because theres the 1.50 addon needed to be install and if its already on there then the one for 3.80m33 might not work with 3.71m33. but search it before you do it because im not to sure on it.

did you try other files did they do the same thing or not?

just transferred 2 mp3 and they was both there no problems weird

try copying the isos again and see if they come up first time if not check to see if theres any loose conections to the usb cable. also try another usb cable see if that works.

im sure the problem can be fixed without having to update the fw

No joy with another iso or cable lol oh well i suppose i better keep hunting dont really want to flash again, i may try another mem card also.

it sound like a loose connection somewhere because it shows up the second time or the first time so i cant be something to do with the fw becasue it wouldnt show up at all if there was
