Hi all, hoping someone(s) can help me out with my super annoying issue. Lately, for some reason, when I play my stored videos on my computer they play back with this kind of "haze" filter like effect on the picture. It makes the videos all appear with very little colour and its reminds me of the effect you see in movies when characters are in heaven and everything is kind of hazy with bright light and very little colour. Bad description, I know, but I don't know how else to describe it and I don't know how to take a screen shot of it either.

It affects all video formats and doesn't seem to matter what program I use to open them, ie, WMP, Winamp, etc. and also it affects what appears to be all video formats as well, AVI, wmv, etc.

These files all worked for years and all of a sudden this happened. I can't think of anything I have done to make this happen. I know I installed/uninstalled Vidx and Xvid a month or so ago and I have just been downloading a bunch of codecs and updating programs and none of these things seem to fix my problem...

Anyone have any suggestions or know how to fix this? Its really annoying me.
