Does the Rockstar Custom Track not work with CFW?

I'm trying to put custom sound tracks in GTA, but the RCT program won't recognize my PSP when I have it in USB mode. Does it not work with CFW?

I tried the Codemaster version and I can convert it to my HDD and then transfer it to the PSP, but it doesn't compress the files as well as the RCT does.

Anyone know how to get this working?
