I have a case similar to "nigi_b" however my phone is locked to Digicel Jamaica and I would like to use it on Cable & Wireless Jamaica, I really do hope you can help.

WOW!!! I'm real sorry about the late reply and also that I gave you the incorrect information, I changed the circuitry so the IMEI # behind the batt is incorrect, the correct info as follows

YOU ONLY GET 3 TO 5 CHANCES TO ENTER THE CORRECT CODE

Do not enter any more codes, get your phone unlocked at a local market or small independent mobile shop, they will use expensive hardware to unlock, for a small fee.
