what software should I use for making ISO files

I'm using XISO right now to make ISO files. I connect the xbox to the computer through FTP and download the files from the game and make it into an image file using Xiso. Then i use Nero to burn it, but it's not working. One game doesn't work at all and the other only shows the intro. What am I doing wrong? what software should i use to make ISOs? From some topic before someone said Xiso is no good, is it true?

Use IsoCraxtion and put GDFImage.Exe in the folder... sorry I can't help you to find gdfimage.exe

Here is the site you need for the files to run the program I have it working also http://craxtion.xbox-scene.com/download.html this should help you out.Make sure you put the .ocx files in the folder not a .rar file also.
