cso bigger than iso ??

i converted my iso of donkey xote to cso using psp iso convertor at level 9 but the cso has come out slightly larger than the original. should this happen ?? the iso was 696,768kb and the cso was 697,160kb.

i'v had the same problem with some converters try this one it might work better i dont know. but muck about with the settings and see how it comes out.
