i thought it would have been the files on the mem stick as the psp is going straight on when i insert the battery without touching the power switch. i keep running into brick walls trying to do this on a vista machine, i think i'n gonny have to go try it on Xp. thanks pal.

Try this first, cos i think youve done everything right apart from one little thing

Your problem is you need to turn off the psp fully (not sleep mode), take out the normal battery AND MEMORY STICK! Then put the memory stick back in, then put the pandora battery.

People usually dont realise you have to take out the memory stick aswell before you put the Pandora Battery in

Fat Psp, Bought Day Of Release :D 1.50 > Various Other OFWs > 3.40 > 3.72 > Pandora..=]> 1.50 > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.72 M33-4 > 3.90 M33-2 w/ 1.50 kernel

Slim Psp FINALLY 3.71 > Pandora-fied seconds after leaving the box ^-^ > 3.90 M33-2
