Im tryna run a emulator for Mame/snes/sega etc and it is not working on 3.9 at all... gives me error when loading it. Everyone I have talked to says I should get 3.03OE-B or something like that ... but then will I still be able to play newer games like Patapon and such?

i assume you have 3.90 OFW (official firmware)

You'll need a Pandora Battery and Magic Memory Stick to downgrade your psp, then upgrade to CFW (Custom Firmware)

Do a search On Pandora Battery and Magic Memory stick and you'll find out more

I have 3.90 M33-2 . But I can not run emulators... unless there is released somewhere an emulator for it?

If you have a Fat PSP, you need to install 1.50 Kernal for 3.90 M33. Download it on Dark_Alex's site and the emulators should then workk

I cant find a working 1.50 update from sony apparently... the one I got said it was wrong size/file or whatever. Im not exactly sure what im looking for since there are different ones, can you direct link me one plz

Ok I got it working but now I have a question for Mame Emulator/Roms. Are these really selective? Like not all roms work? Because I can not get Killer instinct, X-men Arcade, or the simpsons to work and those are the only ones I want to play lol.
