Matrix Infinity plays everything but PSX games

Hi guys

I recently installed a Matrix Infinity Modchip on a PS2 V15.
Everything works fine, but I'am not able to play PSX originals and backups, with enabled modchip.

When I disable the modchip most of the originals run (some are recognised as audio CD's).

When I enable it, it won't even play the originals.

Any ideas?
Does anybody know which solder point is responsible for PSX capabilites?

What I may add, is that I also tried it with forced PS1 mode.
