Using iPrep to flash 360.

Hey,

I am using iPrep to flash my 360 can someone tell me the correct way to use this program because i am getting tons of errors and i do not think i am doing this right.

I know but that tutorial is complete s**t me because it shows how to use it but i keep getting errors such as Firmware is denied.

run the program as admin, right click on it. i think its in properties but vista its just on the right click menu. thats all i did
