How do I burn PS 2 games

I am new here. I was wondering what is the easiest and cheapest way to make copies of original PS 2 games that will play in slim version.

Do I need a Mod chip or is there an easier option.

yes you need it chipped and when yo do just burn it to your iso image i used to use nero 6 and just rent games and copy cant be any cheaper than that.and it does work as no encryp.
