I also tried that UPMS v3 pandora memory stick and battery, but it was not working... it was not load the upms in black screen.. its load in normal mode...

If it boots to the normal XMB screen, the you are either not using a pandora's battery, or the pandora's battery has not been made correctly.
The best option is probably to get hold of a Datel TOOL Battery, or to buy THIS service tool that will temporarily turn your battery into a TOOL battery, and will then switch it back afterwards.
When you have the battery, you can use THIS guide to make the Magic Memory Stick. The guide is very easy to follow, and if you follow it exactly you wshouldnt have any problems.
