1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

Remove Your Sim Card, Power The Phone On
Press # From The (Insert Sim) Screen
Enter codes WITHOUT spaces.
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #(No Private Messages Please)

Hi SalMal,

it worked fine by entering the code without SIM; firstly tried with a different card but couldn´t finalise the listed procedur.
