I?m trying to make a floppy boot disk with iprep so I can flash my 360, it runs through the process and says its done the file are on the disk but I cant get it to boot, I get the "NTLDR is missing, press any key to restart" error.

I have an nforce 4 chipset, anyone have in suggestions.
